Please note:
- We have a minimum 2 nights stay on all accommodation throughout the year and 7 Nights over Christmas/New Year period for the Bach Studio. Any queries please enquire.
- *Bach Studio rates do not include breakfasts. Please add $7.50pp per night and advise us when booking if breakfasts are required for your stay.
- For B & B rooms should you wish to self cater your own breakfasts, please deduct $7.50pp per night e.g for 2 persons deduct $15 off the nightly rate.
- 10% discount for stays more then 7 nights.
Terms and Conditions
Reservations are from 2pm on the day of arrival until 10am on the day of departure.
As with other accommodation hosts, Russell Bed and Breakfast requires a method of payment in order to guarantee your reservation, unless otherwise agreed.

Prices include Goods and service tax -15% s of 1 October 2010
Credit card details are to be supplied when confirming a booking.
At our discretion we may request a deposit of 25% otherwise the minimum requirement is the providing of credit card details to confirm booking.
We accept: Cash,Mastercard, Visa, Prepayment, Advance Deposit
On confirmation of availability of accommodation we will send you our secure site link for credit card details for our noting to confirm the booking. We may ask you for a deposit depending on the time of year but will let advise you of this when booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made between 14 days and 30 days before arrival will incur a charge of 25% of the cost of the entire booking
Cancellations made between 7 days and 14 days before arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the cost of the entire booking.
Cancellations within 7days will incur a charge of 100% of the cost of the entire booking.
If we are able to resell the booking, we will refund all charges less $25 administration charges.
